These DJ Music Packages can be tailored to include either more instrumentals or more vocalists. We can also zero-in on a specific decade, or span of years as needed.
Each of these DJ music packages is designed to give your upscale event a very specific atmosphere.
The Swing Dance package is full of high-energy big band tunes, mixed with slow-dance ballads and a few “novelty” tunes of the 1930s and 40s. You don’t have to have a dance to use this package – this is the perfect background music for any event that calls for joyous music from the era of fat-tendered cars, fedora hats, gangsters and black and white movies. It’s also the right music for any WWII themed event.
The Vintage Jazz & Cocktails package is perfect for any upscale event. Timeless jazz and vocals set the tone. This music is equally fashionable during a black tie event or casual party, and brings a level of sophistication that is sure to impress your guests. This package consists of mostly instrumentals, and can be tailored to only instrumentals if desired.
The 1950s Mad Men style cocktail party package has become one of the most popular, featuring the non-rock n roll (i.e., adult) music from the 1950s through the mid 1960s. While the kids were listening to Elvis, the adults were enjoying Frank, Dean, Ella, the sophistication of Bossa Nova via artists like Antonio Carlos Jobim and Stan Getz, and the cool sounds of Miles Davis. This package is a cocktail itself, the perfect blend of jazz, light swing, and pop vocalists of the era.
The Retro Lounge & Exotica package is a fun, swingin’ blend of “Space Age” music (now known as “Bachelor Pad”), Exotica (Polynesian/Hawaiian/Tiki themed music), Bossa Nova, far-out vocals and cool jazz. Perfect for your luau, playboy party, or any event where kookie, far-out music from Beatsville is appreciated.
Vintage Riffs Entertainment is available for events in most of Broward County, Palm Beach County north to Boca Raton, and parts of Miami. Further areas incur an additional travel fee. If your event is outside of Broward, Palm Beach or Maimi-Dade County, please email us for information.
