“Really made our office party something special”
“We wanted to do something “different” for our annual office party. Since most of us are MAD MEN fans, we decided to go with a 1950s/60s cocktail party theme. Riff provided the perfect music, including some songs we actually remembered hearing on the show. Plus he was very helpful with decorations and fashions from the time. We’re looking forward to having Riff DJ our Christmas party this year.”

“Very “cool” music for our cocktail reception”
“Our cocktail reception demanded the highest caliber of music, without being “stuffy”. DJ Riff managed to play some of the most intriguing jazz standards by the most respected musicians. He kept an eye (and ear) on the guests and made sure that the music was never too loud, or intrusive as our guests mingled and chatted. We actually received many compliments on the style of music chosen. Thank you Mr. Riff, we will certainly use you again and refer you to our friends.”

“Played all the best big band tunes I remember”
“For my father’s 80th birthday we wanted something special. We chose to do a 1940s big band party. We really wanted a live band but it was too far out of reach financially. Vintage Riff was the next best thing, playing all my dad’s favorites. My dad pointed out that he used the original recordings, which he really liked, and they sounded like they were recorded yesterday (not a lot of noise and scratches). Vintage Riff really looked the party, wearing a 1940s Zoot Suit and fedora. He kept things really fun and kept everyone dancing until they couldn’t dance any more, then he finished off the party with some nice slow songs so everyone could take a break! Thanks Vintage Riff, you really know how to “swing”.
